Setup needed. The list-builder tables are not applied yet. Saved searches, memberships, and the import audit trail need them; live runs still work once they exist. Apply these migrations at Emanuel’s word, in order:
Viewer seat. You can browse saved searches and stacking counts. Creating, running, importing, and exporting are disabled for viewer seats, and owner names, addresses, and phones are hidden.

Import and enrich (CSV)

Upload a CSV, map its columns, and match on normalized address or parcel/APN. Enrichment fills blanks only — it never overwrites a human-verified owner or phone, and ambiguous owner names stay staged, never on the lead row. Uploaded rows are kept verbatim as the audit trail.
